Shipping and Returns

Orders are custom made.  All orders ship 2-3 weeks after order is placed.  Please send a message under Contact Us if you need a rush order. 

Orders ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. 

Custom personalized orders are not returnable.  Returns are accepted on all other orders for up to 14 days after receipt date.  Exchanges are accepted on damaged products after 14 days.  M.A.D.Grrl stands by the quality of its products.
